All of my cushions are made with re-cycled fabrics, and often use vintage buttons, simple embroidery, and ribbons. Each one is individually made, and no two are the same. Many can be personalised with a name or initials. Unless otherwise stated, each cushion comes with a feather pad inside.
* ( If the back of the cushion is fastened with buttons, the buttonholes will be sewn by hand – although I have a couple of old Singer sewing machines, they are VERY old, and don’t have gizmo attachments!!)
Cushion 19. This cushion is made with vintage green and white ticking, and is decorated with a sewn heart on the front, with beads and vintage buttons. ( 18″ square )

Cushion 20. This vivid blue cushion has an organza panel hand-sewn in the centre, and is finished with three decorative buttons. ( 18″ square)

Cushion 21. This blue cushion has a black wool cat sewn on the front, and it is placed on a checked ‘blanket’. The cat also has a small bell on a collar round the neck! ( 18″ square.)

Cushion 22. This cushion is made from a very fine blue and white striped fabric, and has a vintage piece of flowery fabric sewn on the front as a feature panel, with a couple of sequins decorating the flowers and a couple of buttons added too. ( 18″ square. )

Cushion 23. This vivid pink cushion is in a graduating dye pattern , and a piece of pink gingham is sewn in the middle, with embroidered flowers on it and edged with ric-rac. (18″ square. )

Cushion 24. This fabric is a beige houndstooth pattern, and has a small piece of the same fabric oversewn in the corner with a matching button. ( 18″ square. )

Cushion 25. This cushion is made from a fine wool fabric, and decorated with a felt flower in the middle, and has a couple of sequins sewn around it. ( 15″ square.)

Cushion 1. This is a slightly larger cushion, made from a piece of tweed fabric, and had a green velvet ribbon sewn in a square with a couple of contrasting green buttons finishing the decoration. (20″ square .)

Cushion 7. This fun cushion is made from green velvet, and has a felt ‘bee’ and a fabric flower, and ” bee happy” has been embroidered . The back of the cushion is fastened with hand-made buttonholes in random colours, and different vintage buttons have been used. ( 11″ x 13″ size.)

Cushion 9. This is made from woolly fabric, and has a simple running stitch pattern sewn with air-force blue wool.The back of the cushion is fastened with a vintage button. (16″ x 13″ )

Cushion 15. This is a rare beasty – this cushion’s made with new fabric!! It’s a fun fur material, and I’ve added a heart decoration made from felt, in the middle. The pad in the middle has a synthetic filling. The cushion is fastened at the back with poppers. . ( 14″ x 18″ )

Cushion 17. This is my hippy tie-dye cushion, with a pinkish middle and sequins dotted about on the front. It is made from velvet, and has a plain blue back. (20″ square.)

Cushion 18. This is one of my favourites – it’s a lovely piece of cross-stitch needlework with flowers and an English coal tit bird. The cushion is made from some vintage green velvet. As the centre panel has been stitched by hand, it isn’t robust – it needs a good home !! (20″ square.)

Cushion 22. This cushion is made from a soft cotton wincyette, in a blue checked fabric. The only thing I’ve added is some ric-rac and and embroidery along one side. The back of the cushion is a plain blue fabric. (21″ x 15″ )

These two small fun cushions are made from a navy towelling fabric – one has a denim flower sewn on, and the other has a denim heart. Both cushions are filled with a polyester wadding.

Cushion 25. This is rose chintz fabric, and has a contrasting pink fabric on the back.I have added a sprinkling of sequins – the pattern doesn’t need anything else. ( 18″ square.)

Cushion 29. This one is made from a vintage English wool blanket – I have used the stripes as a feature, and sewn on a couple of felt flowers. It’s sewn around the edges in blanket stitch, of course!( 18″” square. )

Cushion 26. This is a rich deep red velvet cushion, and I’ve sewn a handful of vintage white buttons in one corner. The back is fastened with poppers. (Size 22″ x 16″ – pillow size. )
